My 70th birthday present to myself

I've been taking photos for pretty much as long as I can remember and in more recent times, when I've shown my images to people, I'm often asked 'What's your web address?' and I've had to confess that I didn't have a website.

Well, I'm 70 in a few months' time and I've decided that this year I'm going to do something special. No, I'm not taking a round-the-world-cruise (I get seasick!), I'm going to spend more time on something I love - taking photos and processing images.

I enjoy sharing images with friends and fellow photographers so my first goal for this year is to set up my website, upload some images and start letting people know that, now, I do have a website. If you're reading this I guess I've achieved the first part of that goal.

Next goal is to spread the word and get people to take a look. This is where you can help. Please tell your family, friends and anyone else you know who might like my style of creative photography and help me to get more people to my site. Thanks for taking a look. Hope to see you again soon.
